The 2022 Word Feast Silent Auction is now live online. Go to the auction page on Facebook and scroll down to see the items (currently numbered 1 to 36, more may be added). When you see something you like, write your bid (at least the minimum bid, or increased by increments listed in each description). Remember to check back to see the current highest bid and decide if you would like to raise it by writing a higher amount in the comment. You have until 2 pm on Sunday, October 16 to bid. If you make the highest bid on the item, we will contact you by Facebook messenger. You can make your payment (by e-transfer to info@wordfeast.ca, or by cheque or cash at Stepping Stone Senior Centre and pick up the item later that afternoon.
Not on Facebook? No worries, the item posts are all public so everyone on and off Facebook can see them. You can email us at info@wordfeast.ca to give us your email address or phone number so we can contact you if you win. Better yet, come to Stepping Stone Senior Centre between 1 and 4:30 on October 16; you can attend our Book Fair and readings and do everything in person.
